We understand plans can change! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your

scheduled excursion are eligible for a refund (minus a $50 non-refundable deposit).

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for last-minute cancellations.

Absolutely! Every excursion is led by one of our trusted and experienced captains, who know the islands inside and out. They’ll guide you safely, share insider knowledge, and make sure your adventure is both fun and unforgettable.

Unfortunately, most of our excursions are not fully wheelchair accessible currently. The only options that can comfortably accommodate wheelchairs are our Private Party Boat and the Saona (Private) experiences. We’re always working to improve accessibility, and we’re happy to help you plan the best available option for your visit.

Yes! You can join the tour from any location in Punta Cana that you select as your pick-up and drop-off point during checkout. Just make sure to choose the correct spot so our team knows exactly where to meet you!

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience, but weather conditions are unfortunately out of our control. If the weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable, we will have to cancel the excursions for the day. In this situation, you will receive a 90% refund, and the remaining 10% will be donated to our Water Project to support ongoing community initiatives. Thank you for understanding and helping us contribute to a meaningful cause.
